Rolla Workshop

Sensei’s monthly trip to Rolla Aikido. Sense travels regularly to Rolla Aikido to teach and train. They hold a sempai training for select students from 1-2pm, with class being from 2-5:00pm, they they go out to eat and chat. He departs at 10am and is usually back in Warrensburg 9-10pm. To travel with Sensei to another dojo you need to have good ukemi and good etiquette. Please contact Sensei in advance if you are wanting to go with him.
