men’s class

Despite the name, this is NOT a men’s only class. We believe in equality between the sexes at Central Aikido, and if the women get classes tailored to them, so do the men. Ladies daring enough to join are welcome to do so. However, the emphasis on this class is entirely on the guys. The class will focus more on those techniques men will utilize more (expect a lot of punching). Additionally, and more importantly, this class is a free zone for men to be men. What this means is, if you can’t handle the guys talking about girlfriends bad in bed, sexual harassment & assault, and more, then this not the place for you.
